A small UK company with a single bet.
AI models can now reliably take action, and that changes what software can be. We believe store owners deserve a team that does the work, not another dashboard that hands it back to them.

EMARKSS LTD is incorporated at Companies House on 14 January 2025, with Konstantinos Gkolias as founder and director.
One focus
Everything into one product
We chose to put all of our time into a single product: Lumnya, an AI-native workforce for online stores, starting with Shopify.
How
Built with Claude
Lumnya has been built over several months with Claude Code, and the intelligence inside it runs on the Claude API.
2026
Into private beta
Customer AI goes live in March 2026, the agent workforce follows, and Lumnya opens a private beta with a waitlist.

Monitoring alone hands the work back to the owner. The point is to fix the problem, not to report it.

Act on what matters only with approval, preview every change, and log the reasoning behind it.

What the system learns about a store improves over time and belongs to that store alone.

A front of house, back-office specialists and a manager that takes instructions in a sentence, working as one.
